Chef Krystle Johnson
Chef Krystle Johnson has always had a love for food and being in the kitchen both at home and later in life in a professional setting. Born in New York then growing up in San Diego, Ohio, and Las Vegas, she has been surrounded by many food cultures and their techniques. Wanting to know more she stayed in the kitchen with both of her grandmother’s, learning as much as she could in the kitchen as well outside, cooking farm to table vegetables, fruits, and herbs from her grandmother’s garden! Cooking in the restaurant industry for 16 years, she has been extremely lucky to be able to turn her passion for food, creativity, and hospitality into a catering business. Once given the opportunity to work with a few celebrity chefs like Hugh Acheson, Ludo Lefebvre, she realized that she wanted and needed to become a well-rounded chef so she enrolled in culinary school at The Art Institute of Las Vegas, where she received an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts. Catering her family and loved one’s baby showers, birthday parties, holiday parties, weddings, and she has also had the privilege to execute many high-end private events. Chef Krystle has been able to wow lawyers, doctors, professional wrestlers, and race car drivers with her exceptional eye for detail, superb flavor profiles, and a memorable smile and personality!
